Being born in Fond du Lac, WI, his family would end up moving to the city of Madison, WI, where he would start his rap journey. After being approached by a fellow rapper in the 8th grade, Big Dame with no experience in rapping, would spend a few years in his studio crafting his sound, dropping his first singles in the year 2020. His friends growing up would always refer to him as “Dame Dolla” where his now-current name comes from. Inspired by J. Cole’s lyricism, Big Dame would fall in love with beats made by a platinum producer named “Donnie Katana” bringing a new sound with true authenticity. With 300+ on each music video he drops, it is safe to say Big Dame is surrounded by a good team who all plan to strive for the highest achievements, including himself.
